Topical Numbing
A topical numbing cream is applied to the treatment area 30–45 minutes before your session to ensure your comfort. Most patients describe the sensation during CoolPeel as a mild snapping or warmth — the treatment is well tolerated, especially with adequate numbing in place.

Laser Treatment
The DEKA SmartXide CO2 laser is passed over the treatment area in precise, controlled passes — delivering high-peak-power pulses of CO2 energy that ablate the outermost skin layer and stimulate the collagen response below. A typical full-face CoolPeel session takes approximately 15–30 minutes. You will notice immediate redness and a bronzed, tightened appearance to the skin.
