Free Consultation & Facial Assessment
Every filler treatment at Forever Young begins with a thorough, no-pressure consultation. Dr. Sabeti assesses your full facial anatomy, identifies areas of volume loss or asymmetry, and recommends a specific treatment plan — including which products, how many syringes, and which areas to treat. You'll know exactly what to expect before anything begins.

Numbing & Preparation
A topical numbing cream is applied to the treatment area 15–20 minutes before injection for maximum comfort. Most of our filler products also contain lidocaine within the gel itself for additional comfort during treatment. Most patients are pleasantly surprised by how manageable the procedure is.

Precise Injection
Using fine needles or cannulas depending on the area, Katie (our Registered Nurse) administers filler with precise, artful placement. Each injection is thoughtful — building volume gradually and assessing symmetry throughout. Sessions typically take 30–60 minutes depending on the areas treated.

Immediate Results
Unlike Sculptra, filler results are visible immediately after your session. You will see volume, shape, and improvement right away. There will be some swelling and possibly mild bruising in the first few days — but the final, settled result is visible at approximately 2 weeks.

4 Week Follow-Up
At your 4-week follow-up, we'll check in to see how you're loving your results after swelling has fully resolved. If you're happy and want to leave things as-is — perfect. If you'd like to enhance or build on your results with additional filler, we can do that at this appointment. Please note that any additional filler used at the follow-up visit is at the patient's expense. This follow-up visit is standard practice at Forever Young and is always recommended for every filler patient.

Results vary by product and area: lip fillers typically last 6–12 months, cheek fillers 12–18 months, and nasolabial fold fillers 9–12 months. Individual metabolism, lifestyle, and the specific product used all affect longevity. Most patients return for maintenance sessions every 9–18 months.
Are filler results immediate?
Yes — results are visible immediately after injection. There may be some swelling and possibly mild bruising in the first few days. Final, settled results are fully visible at approximately 2 weeks after any swelling has resolved. A complimentary touch-up appointment is available at 2 weeks if any refinement is desired.
Can dermal fillers be reversed?
Yes — hyaluronic acid fillers can be completely dissolved using hyaluronidase, an enzyme that quickly breaks down the HA gel if a patient is unhappy with results or experiences a concern.
