Preparation
Arrive with clean, makeup-free skin. A topical numbing cream may be applied for comfort, though most patients find Moxi very well-tolerated without it. Protective eyewear is provided. The treatment area is cleansed and prepared for the laser pass.

Moxi Laser Treatment
The Moxi handpiece is passed across the treatment area, delivering 1927nm fractional laser energy in precise micro-columns beneath the skin's surface. The surrounding tissue remains intact, which is why there is no significant downtime. A full-face session takes approximately 20–30 minutes. Most patients describe a mild warmth and tingling sensation.

The MEND Phase
In the 2–4 days following your Moxi treatment, you will notice a bronzed or sandy texture to the skin — these are MENDs (Microscopic Epidermal Necrotic Debris). This is completely normal, expected, and means your skin's renewal process is working. The MENDs naturally flake away over 2–4 days, revealing clearer skin beneath. Most patients return to work and normal activities the same day.
